摘　　要： 对我国跨境电子商务的定义、特征、模式、发展史及其发展现状进行归纳总结,并就跨境电子商务与传统外贸、国内电子商务进行多方面对比,较全面地分析当前学术界对跨境电子商务的研究现状与研究成果。在此基础上,对现有研究进行总结述评,并提出未来研究趋势与展望。 This paper summarizes the definition, characteristics, models, development history and current situation of China＇s cross-border e-commerce, and makes a comparison among cross-border e-commerce, traditional foreign trade and domestic e-commerce in various aspects. Then it makes a comprehensive analysis on the research status and results on cross-border e-commerce of Chinese academic field. Finally, the paper makes a summary and review of existing research, and future research trends and prospects are proposed in the end.
