摘　　要： Sinclair提出对词项的研究应在扩展意义单元视域下进行语料库驱动的研究。本文以扩展意义单元为理论框架,对典型英文最高程度副词及其中文初似对等词进行对比研究,探究两者之间是否能够在形式、意义、功能三个层面具有相似的特征,以确定是否可以成为对等单位。研究结果显示,典型英文最高程度副词及其中文初似对等词在搭配词、类连接、语义韵和语义趋向上存在较明显的差异,并不能够完全对等。 The corpus-based research on lexical items proposed by Sinclair should be conducted under the extended units of meaning model. Adopting Sinclair＇ s model, the present study aims to compare the typical English maximizers and the Chinese corresponding words, exploring the similarity in terms of form, meaning and function, so as to make sure whether they can be corresponding units or not. The results show that typical English maximizers and the Chinese corresponding words vary a lot in terms of collocation, colligation, semantic preference and semantic prosody and they cannot be regarded as corresponding units.
