摘　　要： 目的:了解本科实习护生临床实践环境与心理韧性的现状,并分析两者相关性。方法:采用护理实践环境评价量表和护理人员心理韧性自评量表,对在三级甲等医院实习的164名护理本科生进行调查。结果:本组护生临床实践环境得分为(79.16±10.78)分,农村护生临床实践环境总分、管理与领导、职业发展、护理质量维度得分高于乡镇及城市护生(P<0.01,P<0.05),女护生临床实践环境的参与医院事务维度得分高于男护生(P<0.05);本组护生心理韧性得分为(31.74±6.15)分,农村护生心理韧性水平高于乡镇及城市护生(P<0.05);护理临床实践环境与护生心理韧性总体呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:临床实践环境在一定程度上会影响护生心理韧性,因此,建议管理者改善临床实践环境,能在一定程度上提高护生心理韧性水平。 Objective：To explore the clinical practice environment and psychological resilience of undergraduate nursing students and to understand the correlation between them. Methods ：The nursing practice environment evaluation scale and the psychological resilience scale of nursing staff were used to investigate 164 undergraduates who were practicing in the grade A of level III hospital. Results ： The clinical practice environment score of the nursing students group was（ 79.16± 10.78 ）. The scores of rural students in clinical practice environ- ment, management and leadership, occupation development, nursing quality score of nursing students were significantly higher than those of countryside and city students（ P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. The women nurses＇ scores in the hospital affairs of clinical practice environment were significantly higher than those of the men nurses（ P 〈 0.05 ）. This group students＇ psychological resilience score was（ 31.74± 6.15 ） , and the rural students＇ was significantly higher than the countryside and city students＇（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical practice environment of nursing was positively related to the psychological resilience of nursing students （P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The clinical practice environ- ment will affect the psychological resilience of nursing students to some extent. Therefore, it is suggested that managers can improve their clinical practice environment and improve their psychological resilience level to a certain extent.
