煤层气抽油机井偏磨原因分析及治理对策研究

摘  要: 抽油机是煤层气井生产主要的排水采气设备。在长期的生产过程中发现,随着排采时间增加,煤没度越来越低,老井的抽油杆偏磨问题日益突显,不利于煤层气井稳定、连续排采。本文对山西煤层气分公司郑一区块生产过程中检泵原因及生产参数进行了统计,分析了偏磨的机理和主要因素,从而提出了综合治理对策。现场应用后取得了明显的效果,延迟了煤层气井检泵周期,对偏磨井的治理具有指导意义。 The pumping unit is the main drainage and gas recovery equipment in coalbed methane well production. In the long-term production process, it is found that with the increase of the drainage time, the sinking degree is getting lower and lower. The problem of pipe rod partial wear in the old well is be- coming increasingly prominent, which is not conducive to the stability and continuous drainage of the combed methane well. In this paper, the causes of the pump overhaul and production parameters in Zhengyi Block of Shanxi CBM Branch are analyzed. The mechanism and main factors of pipe rod partial wear are analyzed, and a comprehensive treatment strategy is put forward. After the application of the field has made significant results, delayed the coalbed methane pump overhaul cycle, on the side, has a guiding significance of the partial grinding well governance.
