煤层气采出水在压裂液中的探索应用

摘  要: 煤层气开采过程中,需要采出大量的地层水来降低煤层压力,满足煤层解吸附的需求,而采出水再利用也是煤层气经济开发的关键因素之一。本文在分析宁武盆地某区块采出水水质的基础上,对采出水与压裂液添加剂配伍性及利用采出水配制表面活性剂压裂液性能进行实验评价,实验结果表明,采出水与压裂液添加剂配伍性良好;利用采出水配制的压裂液粘度稳定,携砂性能良好;破胶彻底,对储层伤害小。现场试验两口井,施工成功。 During the process of coalbed methane development, large amount of formation water was produced to reduce the formation pressure and meet the required desorption pressure. The recycling of produced water is one of the key factors for economic development of eoalbed methane. In this paper, the produced water quality analysis of a block in Ningwu Basin are conducted, and the compatibility of pro- duced water with fracturing fluid additives and the performance of the viscoelastic surfaetant fracturing flu- id prepared by produced water are evaluated. The experiments results suggest that, produced water has good compatibility with fracturing fluid additives, the viscoelastic surfaetant fracturing fluid prepared by produced water presents good viscosity and good proppant carrying capacity, and its viscosity can break thoroughly which reduces the damage on formation. The viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid based on produced water has applied in two wells successfully.
