摘　　要： 山东农业大学水利水电工程专业通过通识教育课、专业基础课和专业核心课以及专业特色课和个性发展课之间的有机结合,优化课程体系;通过增加专业核心课授课学时和强化实验教学,调整课程内容;通过认识实习、课程设计、综合实习和毕业论文(设计)等,强化实践教学。实践证明,通过完善培养方案,水利水电工程专业人才培养质量得到了稳步提高。 In order to increase the professional level of water conservancy and hydropower engineering major in Shandong Agricultural University,we combinated education courses,professional foundation courses,professional core courses,and professional courses with characteristics of personality development courses. By increasing the professional core courses and teaching hours to strengthen experimental teaching and adjust the courses contents;through improving cognition practice,comprehensive practice,curriculum design,and graduation thesis （design） to strengthen practical teaching. Results showed that the quality of training was improved through the improvement of training programs in water conservancy and hydropower engineering major in Shandong Agricultural University.
