摘 要: 提高自身竞争力是时代赋予当代大学生的历史使命,而团队合作则是工科学生日后的主要工作方式。首先提出了团队竞争教学活动的组织与实施的指导方针,并总结了常用的四种组织结构,即中心型组织结构、树型组织结构、网状组织结构和混合型组织结构。然后建立了团队竞争教学的"复均匀分布模型"考核模型,继而给出了量化考核的公式,并分析了成绩的统计分布特征。最后结合工科三年级学生的团队竞争实例,说明了小组人数和组员特征等因素的影响,所得到的结论能够指导团队竞争教学活动的开展。 Intensifying self-competitive power is the historic mission entrusted by the times of contemporary college students,and the teamwork is the main mode of engineering students in the future. Firstly,this paper proposes guidelines for the organization arid implementation of team competition teaching activities. And four common organizational structures are summarized,namely the central organization structure,tree structure and reticular structure and hybrid structure. Secondly, the "complex uniform distribution model" is established to assess the team competition teaching method. Furthermore,the statistical distribution formula is given by this paper. Also the result of statistical distribution is analysed. At last,the effect of group size and team clear features are illustrated by the third grade students in engineering team competition examples. And the conclusion that generalized carl guide a team to compete in teaching activities.
