摘　　要： 培养应用型人才是地方院校转型的一个重要方向。如何打造多位一体的育人平台,培养出适应地方经济发展需要的人才,是体现经管类应用型人才培养的关键。 The cultivation of applied talents is the direction of the transformation of local colleges and universities.
