摘　　要： 高校与企业联合共建校外实践基地,能全面提高学生的综合能力,有助于实现科技成果的转化。在此基础上,本文分析了基地建设中存在的问题,介绍了西安理工大学产学研结合的人才培养机制,并提出了几点建议。 College and enterprise build off-campus practice base,can improve the students＇ comprehensive ability in an all-round way and help realize the transformation of scientific arid technological achievements. Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction process,introduces the personnel training mechanism between industry, university and research cooperation pattern of Xi ＇an university of technology,finally pats forward some suggestions.
