摘　　要： 创建校企合作模式的卓越工程师培养基地是对国家"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的一种探索与实践。基于校企共赢的原则,以学校为主体开展校企合作,引进企业管理制度及企业项目开发管理与人才培养模式,实现学校与IT生产与培训企业的强强合作、优势互补与有效对接。为此,对教学内容、教学过程及教学模式进行改革,以期在大学四年内把学生培养成合格的IT工程师或准项目经理。 It is an exploration and practice to implement the national Excellent Engineers Education Training Plan to create a training base for excellent engineers based on a collegeenterprise cooperation mode. On the basis of win-win principle for both colleges and enterprises,the enterprise management system and project development management and talent training mode are introduced to carry out college-enterprise cooperation with colleges as the main body,achieving sound cooperation,complementary advantages and effective docking between colleges and IT training and production enterprises.The innovations of teaching content,teaching process and teaching mode are on the way.Students are nurtured to becomequalified IT engineers or quasi project managers within four years at college.
