摘　　要： 通过对离子膜电解槽生产工艺过程的分析,跟踪生产实际,找到节约烧碱的根源,降低自用碱的使用量,从而降低吨碱单耗,进一步降低生产成本,达到了降本增本的目的。 Through the analysis of the production process of ionic membrane electrolytic tanks,tracking the production practice,find the root of the caustic soda,saving reduce the usage of self-use alkali,alkali consumption reducing tons,further reduce production cost.
