摘　　要： 本研究基于西北农村地区一个县域寄宿制学校的田野调查发现:随着城镇化不断推进和农村学校布局调整的完成,寄宿制学校的数量越来越多。现如今数量庞大的寄宿制学校在发展中遇到了诸多问题,尤其是西北农村地区的寄宿制学校。包括学校经费投入、办学条件和办学质量等。针对这些问题,未来应继续增加对农村教育经费的投入;改善农村寄宿制学校办学条件;建立质量标准与监测体系;加强师资队伍建设;发挥部门政策的协同,提升教育教学质量。 Based on the field investigation of a boarding school of county region in rural area of northwest China, this study finds out ： along with the constantly implementation of urbanization and the completion of distribution adjustment of rural schools, boarding schools are increasingly growing in number. During their development, however, these schools encounter many challen- ges in terms of fund investment, conditions, and quality of running a school. In view of these problems, we should continuously increase the fund investment of rural education, improve the conditions of running a rural boarding school, establish the quality standard and monitoring system, strengthen the faculty construction, and coordinate departmental policies, so as to improve the quality of education.
