摘　　要： 工业化建筑体系在全球范围内被广泛认为是一个符合"可持续发展"、"四节一环保"等观念的建筑体系。在越来越注重绿色经济、低碳经济、循环经济的今天,建筑工业化的理念恰好与当今时代所倡导的理念相契合。因此,推进工业化建筑的发展势在必行。但是,目前工业化建筑仍存在很多问题阻碍其发展。本文从工业化建筑政策规范、技术体系、成本增长等方面深度剖析工业化建筑发展的障碍,寻找相应的解决对策,加快推进我国建筑工业化的发展。 Industrial building system is widely regarded as one of the architecture systems which are consistent with ＂ sustainable development＂, ＂four-savings and one environment protection＂ in the global scope. Now, the green economy, low carbon economy and recycling economy are more and more valued, the concept of architecture industrialization just agrees with the ideas advocated today. Therefore, it is imperative to promote the development of industrial buildings. However, there are still many problems hindering the development in the current industrialized buildings. Barriers to the development of industrial architecture were analyzed in depth based on the policy and norms, technical system, cost increase of industrialization buildings, and the corresponding countermeasures were recommended, so as to accelerate the development of domestic construction industry.
