摘 要: 从高校学生到教学岗位,新入职青年教师在角色转换中会面临角色定位、教学效能感、职业发展等多方面困惑。本文结合我校岗前培训经验,提出改进建议,帮助新教员顺利转换角色。 From college students to teachers,the new recruits young teachers will be confronted with much confusion,such as role location,sence of teaching efficacy and profession development in the role transformation. According to the exprience of Pre-sevice Training in our school,the article puts forword some suggestion,helping new teachers to change Roles successfuUy.
