摘　　要： 目的探讨牛磺熊去氧胆酸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法选取某院2015-12—2016-12诊治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者172例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者86例采用熊去氧胆酸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,观察组患者86例采用牛磺熊去氧胆酸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,于治疗前后行肝功能、血脂检测,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、体重指数降低(P<0.05)。两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇增加(P<0.05)。观察组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、体重指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牛磺熊去氧胆酸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效显著,可明显改善患者肝功能和血脂水平。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tauroursodeoxycholic acid in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods 172 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selected in a hospital from Decem- ber 2015 to December 2016 and divided into two groups by random number table method.86 patients treated with ur- sodeoxycholic acid combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine were selected as the control group and 86 patients treat- ed with tauroursodeoxycholic acid combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine as observation group.Liver function and blood lipid detection of the two groups were given before and after the treatment to compare the clinical effect and side effect of the treatment. Results After treatment, the total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein choles- terol, alanine aminotransferase, spartate aminotransferase, glutamyl transpeptidase and BMI decreased in the two groups （P 〈 0.05）.High density lipoprotein cholesterol increased in two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Total cholesterol, riglyceride ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, glutamyl transpeptidase and BMI in observation group were lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.High density lipoprotein cholesterol, total ef- fective rate in observation group were higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tauroursodeoxy- cholic acid has a significant effect in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, significantly improving the patient＇s blood lipids and liver function.
