摘　　要： 目的总结电针联合益肾活骨汤治疗早期减压性股骨头坏死的临床观察。方法联合所选的120例早期减压性股骨头坏死资料作为观察对象,根据治疗方案不同随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用传统的药物及高压氧治疗方法,治疗组在其基础上给予电针联合益肾活骨汤治疗,综合比较两组资料治疗后的髋关节蛙位DR片、正侧位DR片、MRI片以及髋关节功能的康复情况。结果两组患者均进行不同方案的6个月治疗后,治疗组各项检查指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。虽然关节活动程度和疼痛感觉程度上两组患者都有改善,但治疗组患者症状的恢复要显著优于于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针联合益肾活骨汤治疗早期减压性股骨头坏死,能够加强坏死部位的血液灌注和坏死组织细胞的修复,对早期减压性股骨头坏死患者髋关节功能有着很大改善作用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with Yishen Decoction in the treatment of early decompression osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods selected 120 cases of early decompression of femoral head necrosis data as the observation object, according to randomly divided into treatment group and control group with different treatment, the control group using traditional drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, treatment group was given on the basis of electroacupuncture combined with Yishen Huogu decoction treatment, rehabilitation comprehensive comparison two sets of data after treatment of hip frog DR, anteroposterior and lateral DR, MRI and the function of hip joint. Results two groups of patients were treated with different programs for 6 months after treatment, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Although the degree of joint activity and pain sensation in the two groups of patients have improved, but the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion electroacupuncture combined with Yishen huogu Decoction in the treatment of early decompression of femoral head necrosis, can enhance the repair of necrotic parts of the blood perfusion and necrosis of tissue cells, has a great effect on improving the early decompression of femoral head necrosis in patients with hip joint function.
