摘　　要： 液质联用技术(LC-MS)是一种具有高分离性和高灵敏度的分离检测技术,其选择性高、分析速度快、定性能力强,因而广泛应用于皂苷类复杂成分分析、药代动力学研究及代谢产物鉴定。综述皂苷类成分液质联用定性定量测定技术研究进展,并对其应用前景进行展望。 High pertbrmance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry （HPLC-MS） is a separation technology with high sensitivity and high resolution. Because of its high selectivity, time efficiency and extraordinary capacity in qualification, it is widely used in the determination of saponins. The basic characteristics of LC-MS and the progress in its application in qualitative and quantitative analysis of saponins were introduced in this paper, and the future prospects were also discussed.
