摘　　要： 明胶是一种应用广泛的药用辅料,具有良好的成膜性、凝胶性、生物可降解性、生物相容性,但也存在一些不足,使其应用受限。通过改性改善明胶性能、获得新的性质,进一步拓宽该传统辅料的应用领域。综述明胶的改性方法、明胶及明胶替代材料的优缺点及其在医药领域的应用。 Gelatin is widely used pharmaceutical excipient because of its good film-furming properties, gelation, biodegradability and biocompatibility. However, its application is limited by some shortcomings. Glatin-modification can improve its properties and render some new properties, further broadening the application scope of this traditional pharmaceutical excipient. The methods of gelatin-modification, the advantages and disadvantages of gelatin and non-gelatin materials as well as the applications of gelatin and modified gelatin in medical and pharmaceutical field were reviewed in this article.
