摘 要: 介绍了大型球墨铸铁机床滑枕的铸件结构,该铸件采用无冒口铸造工艺,立式、底注浇注系统,呋喃树脂砂手工造型。用计算机模拟对比了不同浇注系统对铸件充型流态的影响,详细阐述了利用MAGMA数值模拟软件模拟3种试验方案的过程及模拟参数设置,结果表明:内浇道喷射现象不仅与浇道比有关,还与内浇道设置位置有关;将浇道比设为ΣF_直:ΣF_横:ΣF_内=1:1.3:1.32,并且将内浇道设置在远离横浇道中铁液汇合处,可以有效避免在内浇道处产生喷射现象。 The configuration of a heavy nodular iron machine ram casting was introduced. For this casting the fecderless casting method was used,the bottom gated vertical gating system was used,furan resin sand manual mohting was used. By using computer sinmlation,the influences of defferent gating systems on the mold filling flow state of the casting were compared. A detailed description was given to the process and sinmlating parameters setting of using MAGMA numeral simulation software to simulate 3 trial schemes. The results showed that the ingating-spraying was related not only to the gating ratio,and also to the setting place of the ingate. By sening the gating ratio as ΣFsprues:ΣFrunners:ΣFingates=1:1.3:1.32,and setting the ingates at places far from the iron flows junction place of the runner,it was possible to effectively prevent spray occurring at ingates.
