摘　　要： 介绍了新常态下汽车行业的发展特点,从汽车行业发展增速放缓、性能更严及节能减排3个方面对汽车铸造企业的影响进行了详细的分析,提出了汽车铸造企业在新常态下要以客户、利润为中心,要全方位保证汽车铸件质量的应对之策。指出:汽车行业发展新常态下,汽车铸造企业面临很多问题,但同时又有很多发展机遇,谁能坚守客户至上、把握发展趋势和让客户满意,谁的产品能做到安全高效、高品质、低成本、准时交付,谁就能在新常态下健康生存,发展壮大。 The develpoment eharacteristies of the automobile industry under the new normal state were introduced. The influences on the automobile foundry enterprises were analyzed in detail of 3 aspects including the slackening of the automobile industry speed increase, properties requirements more strict, energy-saving and emission-reduction. The countermeasures were proposed that,under the new normal state,the automobile foundry enterprises should take the clients and profit as center, should gurantee quality of automobile castings on every side. It was pointed out,that under the development new normal state of the automobile industry. ,the automobile foundry enterprises would be confronted with many problems,however also had many develompent opportunities. The enterprises who could stick to the customer first,hold developmnet tendency and clients satisfaction,whose products could be safety and high sffective,high quality,low cost,deliver on time,they wouhl can exist, develop and strengthen.
