摘 要: 运用层次回归方法研究了导师支持、同学支持对研究生创新行为的影响以及积极情绪的中介作用。研究发现:(1)导师支持与同学支持对研究生创新行为均有显著影响;(2)导师支持和同学支持显著影响积极情绪;(3)积极情绪在导师支持、同学支持与研究生创新行为之间起到部分中介作用。 Using hierarchical regression analysis, the paper explored the influence of mentor and peer support on postgraduates' creativity and the mediating effects of positive emotion. Results showed that : ( 1 ) mentor and peer support had significant influences on postgraduates' creativity; (2) mentor and peer support significantly affected positive emotion; (3) positive emotion partly played a mediating role in the relationship between mentor and peer support and postgraduates' creativity.
