摘　　要： 在我国高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育转型的过程中,学术界提出"学生主体,教师主导"论的命题。这个理论观点意义重大,但有缺欠,所以,引起学术界的持续讨论。"学生主体论""教师主体论""双主体论"等观点发生激烈的碰撞和争鸣。这个讨论带来了对传统的"教师中心论"教育思想观念的挑战,对教师和学生在教与学的过程中的地位和作用都有新的阐释,推动了我国高等教育的改革创新。 In the process of transition from elite education to mass education in China＇ s higher education, the proposition on ＂students oriented and teacher leading＂ is put forward in the academic circle. This theoretical view is of great significance, but it still has some problems. Thus, it causes continuous discussion in academic circles. A variety of views of ＂on students oriented＂,＂ on teacher leading＂ and ＂on double subjects＂ are in the conflict and are argued. This discussion, which brings the challenge to the teacher - oriented concept of the traditional education and the status and role of teachers and students in the teaching and learning process, has a new interpretation and promotes the reform and innovation of higher education in China.
