摘 要: 教学质量是高等教育内涵式发展的重中之重。研究者通过走访了解到,作为高质量教学的保障机制,目前黑龙江省一些高校的教学质量管理系统存在体制基本健全、功能发挥有限的问题。为了更好地满足国家、学校、学生等主体的教学需求,文章提出加强教学质量领导、建构教学质量文化、整合教学管理系统、强化过程管理和激励措施,促进高校教学质量专业化、特色化发展的策略。 The teaching quality has become the top priority of the connotative development. As the guarantee mechanism of high - quality teaching, through the questionnaire survey and interviews, the researcher found that currently some problems such as basically sound system and limited functional exertion existed in the Teaching Quality Management System in universities. In order to meet the needs of the main part of teaching such as the state, university and students and so on, the paper puts forward the strategies of strengthening the teaching quality leadership, constructing the teaching quality culture, integrating the teaching management system, and reinforcing the process management and incentive measures to promote the professionalization and characteristic development of the teaching quality in universities.
