摘　　要： 针对蒙西—天津南特高压交流输电工程调试阶段的各试验项目对电网运行方式的要求及对电网潮流和安全稳定特性的影响。提出了蒙西—天津南系统调试期间的安全稳定控制措施,在保障特高压设备安全与电网安全稳定运行的基础上确定了蒙西—天津南特高压工程的调试实验顺序,提出了调试实验具体操作的电压控制要求。 This paper studies requirements of power system operation modes in each test item and their influence on stability and safety characteristics of power flow in commissioning of Mengxi-Tianjinnan UHV AC transmission system. Control measures for power grid security and stability are proposed for the commissioning. On premise of ensuring equipment safety and stable operation of the power grid, commissioning test item order and voltage control requirements for test operations are proposed.
