摘　　要： [目的/意义]探索区域竞争情报机构产业竞争情报服务的新模式,为区域竞争情报机构提供借鉴和发展新思路。[方法/过程]文章从区域竞争情报体系概念和框架出发,分析了我国3级竞争情报机构服务企业战略的基本模式,并着重介绍了湖南省竞争情报机构探索出的利用区域竞争情报服务产业的新模式、机制与内容。[结果/结论]从跨国、跨省和县域3个层面,探索出中法区域跨国竞争情报合作模式、跨省竞争情报工作模式、地方政府支持的竞争情报服务县域经济模式。 [ Purpose/significance ] This paper aims to explore a new service mode of industrial competitive intelligence, thus providing references for the development of regional competitive intelligence institutions. [ Method/process ] Based on the concept and framework of regional competitive intelligence system, the paper analyzes the basic service modes for enterprises of three levels competitive intelligence institutions in China, and mainly introduces the new mode, mechanism and content of service explored by Hnnan competitive intelligence institution. [ Result/conclusion ] From the transnational, inter-provincial and county levels, the paper explores the pattern of Sino-France cooperation in regional competitive intelligence, the model of inter-provincial competitive intelligence, and competitive intelligence service mode which serves the county economy supported by local governments.
