摘　　要： [目的/意义]面对全球新一轮科技革命与产业变革的重大机遇和挑战,面对经济发展新常态下的趋势变化和特点,更加突出了科技情报服务的重要位置,推动了科技情报服务体系的全面创新。因此,如何在情报服务体系创新环境下建立起情报快速生产线,是目前首先要解决的问题,研究意义重大。[方法/过程]文章基于动态非线性交互创新模式的理论指导,以适应"互联网+"时代情报服务的新特征,创新发展科技情报服务体系,构建标准化的情报生产线,并提出对多任务情报项目的管理方法。[结果/结论]最终为政府和企业提供具有前瞻性、时效性和专业化的情报服务。 [ Purpose/significance ] Faced with big opportunities and challenges as a result of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation around the world, as well as new changes and new features of economic development under the new normal, scientific and technical intelligence services become more important than before. The all-round innovation of the technology intelligence service system is underway. Therefore, how to establish the rapid intelligence production line under the innovative environment of the intelligence service system becomes a priority. [ Method/process ] Based on theoretical guidance on nonlinear dynamic interactive innovation model, catering to the new features of intelligence services at the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ age, the paper develops the scientific and technical intelligence services system, builds up a standard intelligence production line, and proposes a method for multiple tasks intelligence project management. [ Result/conclusion ] The management method proposed in the present paper can provide prospective, effective and professional intelligence services to governments and enterprises.
