摘　　要： 随着教育信息化的快速发展,近年对翻转课堂的研究和报道越来越多,其中以肯定的评价为多、但怀疑甚至反对的声音也不小。从理论研究的层面看,翻转课堂被认为具有诸多优点,但在实际应用过程中却遭遇不少困难和问题。该文针对翻转课堂存在的实际问题,采用文献研究、行动研究、调查研究等方法,综合运用教学设计理论、PBL学习理论、学习金字塔理论等,结合高校翻转课堂的特点,利用MOOC平台和微课资源,对翻转课堂教学设计与实践开展研究和探索。开发了课程专用MOOC平台和整套微课资源,设计了课前学习、课堂活动、考核评价三个重要环节的一整套行之有效的教学策略,通过两年共8个班次的教学实践,取得了满意的教学效果。该文旨在通过翻转课堂教学设计与实践研究,解决教学实践中遇到的困难和问题,提高翻转课堂教学绩效,为翻转课堂研究和推广应用提供借鉴。 With the rapid development of education informationization in recent years, more and more research on the flipped classroom has been reported, with positive evaluation for many, but suspect that even small opposition. The flip classroom is thought to have a lot of advantage in the perspective of theoretical research, but in the process of practical application has encountered many difficulties and problems. In this paper, literature research method, action research method and survey research method are used to explore the teaching method of the flipped classroom based on the teaching design theory, Problem-Based Learning, PyramidLearning Theory and the characteristics of flipped classroom in higher education. This paper develops MOOC and micro-lesson of the course, designs a set of effective teaching strategies, which are based on the teaching practice of 8 shifts. good results have been achieved. This paper aims to improve the performance of teaching through the study of the design and practice of the flipped classroom, to provide reference for the development of flipped classroom teaching.
