摘 要: 为改善油菜秸秆的营养成分,观察发酵油菜秸秆对肉牛的饲喂效果,提高其利用率,本试验利用微生物菌剂发酵油菜秸秆进行营养成分分析,并用发酵油菜秸秆部分替代干玉米秸秆进行肉牛育肥试验,测定养分消化率,观察饲喂效果。试验结果综合得出,发酵后油菜秸秆的营养品质明显改善,粗料中部分使用发酵油菜秸秆的饲喂效果优于全部使用干玉米秸秆的效果。 In order to improve the nutrition of rapeseed stalks, observe the fermented rapeseed stalks' feeding effect on fattening beef cattle, increase the utilization rate of rapeseed stalks~ the experiment used microbial agents to ferment rapeseed stalks, analyzed the nutrient content, and used fermented rapeseed stalks to replace dry corn straw partly to carry out fattening experiment on beef cattle, measured nutrient apparent digestibility, observed the effect of breeding. Comprehensive, after fermentation,the nutritional quality of rapeseed stalks improved significantly, the breeding effect of using sectional fermented rapeseed stalks in forage of beef cattle was better than that of using complete dry corn straw. So, after microbial fermentation, the rapeseed stalks could partially replace the dry corn straw as composition in forage of beef cattle.
