摘　　要： 丝绸之路经济带旅游业具有资源互补、战略互补的基础,旅游合作也已取得了部分进展,目前还存在经济发展水平不均衡、旅游业发展水平与地位参差不齐、旅游合作基础缺乏、国际旅游流自由流动受到限制、存在旅游风险等客观障碍,及协调机构权威性不强、旅游品牌意识淡薄等主观障碍。通过以中国为主导开展旅游合作、夯实旅游合作基础、改变当前中国赴中亚五国签证难的局面、深入开展旅游安全工作、提高旅游协调机构权威性开展丝路世界文化遗产项目联合申报与项目扩展、打造旅游精品项目,创建国际丝绸之路文化遗产统一品牌形象等措施,推进丝绸之路经济带中国段西北五省区与中亚五国旅游合作顺利开展。 The tourism industry of those countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt has the complementary foundation in terms of resources and strategies,and their tourism cooperation has made some progress. However,the existing barriers to tourism development include the following： imbalanced economic development and tourism development of different countries,a weak tourism cooperation basis,limited international tourism,unpredictable tourism risks,weak management authorities,and poor awareness of tourism brands. The possible solutions include the following： further China-led tourism cooperation with a solid basis,easier visas for Chinese visitors to the five Central Asian countries,better tourism security,more powerful tourism-related authorities for helping the application for the projects of world cultural heritages along the Silk Road Economic Belt,more high-quality tourism projects and more famous tourism brands,which will help the tourism cooperation between the five provinces and autonomous regions in northwest China and the five Central Asian countries.
