摘　　要： 公民是政治主体,公民的政治性表现为公共理性,现代政治公民需要通过公民教育进行建构。多民族国家公民教育关涉民族、民主、认同等政治维度,承载着国家政治民主化建设与国家认同建构的重要使命。一方面,多民族国家通过公民教育对个体进行公民身份建构,培育公民的民主知识与能力,推动国家政治民主化;另一方面,公民教育通过深化个体与国家间关系,优化共同体认同序列,整合民族,促进国家认同建构。全球化背景下,多民族国家公民教育的国家建构功能凸显,多民族国家应在公民教育的价值基点、模式、路径选择等维度回应全球化,实现公民教育价值包容性、模式民族性、路径社会性,建构一种能够协调民族、民主、认同均衡发展,符合本国国情的公民教育体系。 Citizens are the political subjects, The political representation of a citizen is public reason, and modern political citizens need to be constructed through civic education. Civic education in Multi-ethnic countries involves political dimension, such as nation, democracy and identity, carrying the important mission of the construction of national political democratization and national identity. On one hand, multi-ethnic countries construct Citizenship through civic education, cultivate the democratic knowledge and capacity of citizens, and promote the democratization of national politics. On the other hand, civic education contributes to optimize the community identity sequence and integrate the ethnic group to promote the construction of national identity by coordinating the relationship between individuals and country. In the context of globalization, in multi-ethnic national countries, the function of civic education in the construction of national is highlighted. Multi-ethnic countries should respond to globalization in the values of civic education, mode selection and other dimensions. We should lay emphasis on the implementation of education value, realize national model and path-sociality of civic education, constructing a system of civic education that can coordinate the balanced development of nation, democracy and identity, which is in line with the home conditions of the country.
