摘 要: 利用TX-21型低温SCR催化剂对迁安中化焦化厂烟道气进行脱硝中试实验,经过5个月的稳定运行,该催化剂在烟道气温度为190—235℃的情况下,NOx浓度为200—1200mg/m^3、NH3/NOx比例接近1:1时,脱硝效率维持在80%-95%之间,排放烟气达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》的特别限制排放要求,且表现出良好的抗毒和机械稳定性,避免了铵盐结晶和对设备的腐蚀。 Denitration pilot of a eoking plant flue gas using YTBH-21 low temperature eatalyst, in three months steady experiment, denitration ration is between 80%-95% when the flue temperature is between 190- 235℃, NOx concentration is 200-1 200 mg/m^3, NOx/NH3 ratio is l:l,the emission gas eompletely satisfied the standard 〈 Emission standard of pollutants for eoking chemical industry 〉, showed well in sulfur-resisting and mechanical stability characteristics, avoided crystallization of ammonia sulfate and chemical attack of equipment.
