低碳钢中含钒析出相的提取及钒含量的测定

摘  要: 采用电解提取法对X65钢中含钒析出相进行收集测定。试验结果表明,水电解液的测定结果明显优于非水电解液。对比几种不同清洗收集方法发现,抽滤法、改进抽滤法和离心法都无法得到理想的效果,只有浸渍法较为简便适用。收集得到的含钒析出相采用逆王水溶解,采用ICP—AES测定钒含量,可以得到较为准确的测定结果。 The vanadium precipitates of X65 steel were collected and determined by electrolytic extraction method. It was shown that aqueous electrolyte is apparently better than non-aqueous electrolyte. By comparison it was found that the dipping method is simple and effective to clean and collect vanadium precipitates, but filtration method, improved filtration method and centrifugation method are not suitable. The inverse aqua regia was used to dissolve the vanadium precipitates. The vanadium content was then determined by ICP-AES. Finally a relatively accurate test results could be obtained.
