摘 要: 以S550MC、S315MC和SPFH590等3种高强钢板为研究对象,以冲孔、扩孔和电镜扫描等物理试验为研究手段,分析了冲裁间隙对断面质量、冲裁力和扩孔率的影响。结果表明,对于高强钢来说,随着光亮带宽度的增加,扩孔率并不一定增加;对于S550MC来说,适当增加冲裁问隙不仅有助于降低冲裁力,且有利于提高板料的扩孔性能。 Taking three kinds of high strength steel, including S550MC, S315MC and SPFH590, as the research objects, the effect of the blanking clearance on the fracture surface quality, blanking force and hole expansion rate were analyzed by means of physical experiments such as punching, hole expanding and electron microscope scanning. The results showed that for high strength steel, with the increase of the width of the bright band, the hole expansion rate was not necessarily increased. For S550MC, the proper increase of blanking clearance could not only help to reduce the blanking force, but also improve the hole expansion performance of the sheet.
