摘　　要： 在改善农业生产条件、耕地质量以及自然环境方面,土地整治项目扮演着极其重要的角色,其项目效益后评价可以衡量土地整治工程的效果,亦可以为其他土地整治工程提供借鉴。结合湖南省宁乡县2个村的土地整治项目,基于多级模糊综合评估法构建了相应的综合效益评估体系。结果表明,该研究区土地整治综合效益评价处于良好的等级;从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益3个部分的评价结果来看,生态效益远不如社会效益和经济效益,三方发展明显失衡,导致总体评估结果与预期目标相差甚远。 The land renovation project plays an extremely important role in the aspects of improving the agricultural production conditions, cultivated quality and natural environment, and the post-evaluation of benefit in the project can not only measure the effect in this land renovation project, but also be used as a reference for other land renovation projects. This paper, through combining the land renovation projects of the two villages in Ningxiang county of Hunan province, establishes a relevant comprehensive benefit evaluation system on the basis of the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The result shows that the comprehensive benefit evaluation of land renovation in these research areas is at a good level. From the evaluation results in the economic benefit, social benefits and ecological benefits aspects, we can see that the ecological benefits are far less than the social benefits and economic benefits, and the developments in these three aspects are obvious imbalance, leading a vast distance between the overall evaluation result and the expected goal.
