谷瘟病菌拮抗放线菌的筛选、鉴定及抑菌活性

摘  要: 采用平板稀释法从谷子根际土壤中分离到放线菌93株,以谷瘟病菌为指示菌,利用平板对峙法筛选拮抗菌株,得到1株对谷瘟病菌有良好拮抗效果的菌株A26,抑菌率达63.9%;结合形态学特征、生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列分析,将该菌株鉴定为黄三素链霉菌(Streptomyces flavotricini)。初步研究证实,A26无菌发酵液对谷瘟病菌有较强的抑制作用,随发酵液用量加大抑菌率提高,当无菌发酵液体积分数为50%时,对谷瘟病菌的抑制率可达87.4%。该拮抗菌的分离为谷瘟病的生物防治及其防治机制的研究提供了基础。 By using the dilution plate method, 93 actinomycetes strains were separated from the rhizosphere of foxtail millet. One of them named A26 strain showed the strongest antagonistic effect against Pyricularia setariae Nishik. Based on morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA phylogenetic analysis, A26 strain was identified as Streptomyces flavotricini. Furthermore, the cell-free fermentation filtrate of A26 had significant inhibition on growth of Pyricularia setariae Nishik.Inhibitory percentage increased with increasing the dose of fermentation filtrate of A26 and reached 87.4% when the volume of fermentation filtrateat reached 50%. Conclusively, our research provides a useful data for further studying on the the mechanism and biological control of foxtail millet blast.
