摘 要: 为了了解漳泽水库硅藻植物的组成及水质情况,依据1999,2007,2015年春季对漳泽水库的调查研究资料,对水库中硅藻的变化情况进行了分析,并运用污水生物系统法、硅藻生物指数法和硅藻商指数法对水质状况进行了评价。结果表明,该水库硅藻组成包括19属80种(含变种和变型),其中,变异直链藻(Melosira varians Ag.)、普通等片藻(Diatoma vulgare Bory)、新月形桥弯藻(Cymbella cymbiformi Ag.)、偏肿桥弯藻(Cymbella ventricosa Ag.)、窄异极藻(Gomphonema angustatum Rabh.)等是优势种;1999—2015年,漳泽水库的水质有轻度至中度污染。因此,应加强水环境的保护,以保证漳泽水库的水体质量。 To understand the composition of diatoms and water quality in Zhangze reservoir, the changes of diatoms were analyzed according to the investigated data in spring of 1999, 2007, 2015. Water quality was evaluated by the Saprobic System, Biological Index and Diatom Quotient Index methods. According to the survey, 80 species including varieties and forms were found, comprising of 19 genera. Among them, Melosira varians Ag., Diatoma vulgare Bory, Cymbella cymbiformi Ag., Cymbella ventricosa Ag. and Gomphonema angustatum Rabh. were the dominant species. From 1999 to 2015, the water quality was mild to moderate pollution in Zhangze reservoir.Therefore, the protection of water environment should be strengthened to ensure the water quality in Zhangze reservoir.
