果袋类型及摘袋时期对玉露香梨果实着色的影响
Effects of Bag Types and Different Debagging Dates on Fruit Pigmentation of Yuluxiang Pear

摘  要: 为筛选能提高玉露香梨果实着色效果的果袋和最佳的摘袋时间,以10年生玉露香梨为试材,研究了10种不同的果袋和3个不同的摘袋时间处理,对玉露香梨果皮叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青苷、着色指数的影响。结果表明,10种果袋均可使果皮的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量降低,且与对照差异显著;套2号双层果袋(外袋条纹黄色单光,内袋黑色加蜡的木浆纸),在采前3周摘袋时,其果皮花青苷含量显著高于其他果袋处理下果皮的花青苷含量,且果面着色面积在高于其他果袋处理的同时显著高于对照。因此,就改善果实着色效果而言,套2号双层果袋,在采前3周摘袋可作为玉露香梨的适宜果袋和摘袋期。 For screening a fruit bagging and the best debagging date, in this study the 10-year-old Yuluxiang pear was used as materials, we studied the effects of ten different types of bags and three different debagging dates on the content of chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin, and coloring index. The results indicated that the chlorophyll and carotenoid contents in Yuluxiang pear fruit skin of bagging were significantly lower than control, with number 2 double-layer paper bag and debagging on the 3 weeks before harvest, the anthocyanin content was significantly higher than other treatments, and it had the highest colored area of fruit and were significantly higher than control. Therefore, in terms of improving fruit coloring, the fruit bag and uncasing time which get optimum bagging effect were number 2 double-layer paper bag and the fruit bag was removed 3 weeks before harvest.
