摘 要: 设计了一套具有自锁性的夹持器,采用Solid Works软件对该夹持器进行三维建模,建立其主要结构——偏置滑块摇杆机构的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件进行优化计算,使得该夹持器在满足最大张角和结构合理等要求的情况下,将滑块的行程最小化,使夹持器结构更加紧凑。最后利用ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真,计算验证优化结果满足要求。 A self- locking clamping device is designed, and the SolidWorks software is used to carry out the 3D modeling of this gripper. The mathematical model of the offset slider rocker mechanism is established. Then, by using the software of MATLAB, the structure of the gripper is optimized, so that its stroke of the slider is minimum, while the maximum open angle is reasonable and its structure without interference. Finally, by u- sing the ADAMS software, the dynamics simulation is carried out, and the result of calculation and verification meets the requirements.
