摘　　要： 社会组织不仅是居家养老服务体系构建过程中不可或缺的供给方,而且在介入居家养老服务体系构建过程中也获得孵化机会,实现了自我介入式发展。依据社会组织在介入过程中所发挥的作用差异,概括出四种类型介入式发展模式,即供养-连接型、供养型、连接型和不完全型社会组织。社会组织的未来发展路径,即通过对初步介入的社会组织的孵化器建设、微利运行,对中度介入的社会组织在供养和连接两方面养老服务资源结合上的建设,以及对深度介入的社会组织做定制化、标准化制定和服务均等化的实现,提升居家养老服务水平。 The social organization not only serves as an indispensable supplier in the process of building a home-based system of care services,but can enjoy interventional development in this process. Through analyzing the different roles of the social organization,this paper summarizes four types of its interventional development,that is,the support-connection,the support,the connection,and the incomplete. The future development of the social organization should take the following into consideration： the immature social organization should rely on its incubator with a little profit,the fairly mature social organization should integrate the resources of both support and connection,while the mature social organization should focus on providing stable,standard and equal care services to realize its sustainable and healthy development.
