摘 要: 本文以虎杖苷、川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量和提取物得率为指标,在对提取条件进行单因素考察的基础上,采用正交试验法优化提取工艺,以确定愈骨散的最佳提取条件。试验结果表明,料液比对提取影响最大,最佳提取条件为:提取溶剂为75%乙醇、料液比1∶10、提取时间2 h,提取2次。在最优条件下所得提取物得率为16.25%,虎杖苷含量为74.01 mg,川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量为147.2 mg。该提取方法可为愈骨散的进一步研究和开发提供支撑。 This study is aimed to establish the optimal extraction procedure of Yugusan.The contents of polydatin,Asperosaponin VI and extraction rates were used as comprehensive evaluation indexes.Based on the results of the single factor experiment,the extraction conditions of Yugusan were further optimized by orthogonal design.The extracting ratio of solid-liquid ratio had main effects on the comprehensive extraction procedure.The optimal procedure was obtained as follows:75% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,extraction time 2h for 2 times.Under the optimal conditions it could reach the content of polydatin and Asperosaponin VI 74.00mg,147.20mg separately and extraction rates were 16.25%.This extraction procedure could be used for the further research and development of Yugusan.
