摘　　要： 目的了解胰岛素疗法应用于妊娠期糖尿病病例中的价值。方法选取2015年3月~2017年5月本解放军医院收治的妊娠期患上糖尿病患者63例,依据疗法不同分组:A组32例行胰岛素疗法,B组31例行常规疗法,再对其用药效果、妊娠结局作综合记录。结果 A组FBG值、2h PBG值比B组低,(P<0.05);同时A组胎儿窒息现象、早产病例数、胎儿畸形数、产后出血数以及新生儿低血糖数比B组低,(P<0.05)。结论产科临床给予妊娠期糖尿病病例治疗时,施予胰岛素疗法较为可靠,推荐选用。 Objective To understand the value of insulin therapy in gestational diabetes cases. Methods Select 63 cases of gestational diabetes after March 2015 to May 2015 in the people＇s liberation army hospital patients,according to the different treatment group： A group of 32 regular insulin therapy, group B 31 routine therapy, then to its drug effect,the pregnancy outcome for comprehensive record. Results The FBG values of group A and 2hPBG were lower than group B （P〈0.05）.At the same time,fetal asphyxia, the number of preterm births,the number of fetal malformations,the number of postpartum bleeding and the number of neonatal hypoglycemia were lower than those in group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion When the obstetric clinic is given the treatment of gestational diabetes,it is more reliable and recommended.
