摘　　要： 成都市城乡统筹的经验被称为“成都模式”，国内进行了大量的报道，但是对该模式的背后致因以及是否具有普遍的可推广性却缺少深入分析。本文从城乡统筹初始阶段的时代背景与经济基础、成都市所在的区位及地理条件、制度设计与社会文化等角度系统分析该工作开展的外部条件，认为“成都模式”的诞生有其必然性，但是在国家政策支持、区域发展阶段、社会差异及人文素养方面，以及成都平原在四川省城镇体系中拥有增长极地位和明显的首位度等方面，成都具有城乡统筹的先天优势和后发条件，其他地区难以比拟。 There are a lot of reports about ＂Chengdu Model＂ （CM） for the urban-rural integration m Chengdu areas. However, the underlying causes and the generalization of this model are rarely studied. This article analyzes the external conditions of CM from the perspective of integration background, economic foundation, geographical location and conditions, system design and social culture. It is believed that CM has its inevitability, but it is difficult to copy this model for Chengdu has its congenital advantages and uniqueness due to national policy support, regional development stages, and other social and human factors, etc.
