摘　　要： 产业集群化发展是一个动态过程,相关政策变化影响着高校人才的培养策略和方式。从高校人才培养模式的现状和存在问题出发,寻找产业集群化政策中人才培养演化规律,测定学生职业能力倾向,适应产业集群化政策方针,实现人才录取与学生职业倾向相统一,协调人才培养资源配置,坚持高校教育形式和布局结构宏观互动,建立基于区域性特征打造高端人才实训基地,最终实现高校人才培养模式转型,助力有限教育资源的充分整合利用,促进高校宏观布局结合、实训基地与产业集群化的有效匹配。 Industrial cluster development is a dynamic process, and the related policy changes affect the training strategies and methods of university talents. From the status quo and existing problems of talent training pattern in colleges and universities, this paper aims to look for the evolution regularity of talent cultivation in industrial cluster policy, testing the tendency of students＇ occupational aptitude, and adapting to the industrial cluster policy so as to realize the unity of the talent admission and students＇ occupational tendency, to coordinate the allocation of talent cultivation and resources, to adhere to the macro interaction of the higher education form and the layout structure , to establish the training base based on the regional characteristics and making the top talents, and finally to realize the transformation of the talent cultivation pattern to help fully integrated use of limited educational resources, and to promote the effective match of macro - layout, training base and industrial cluster in colleges and universities.
