摘 要: 目的:初步研究手掌参的药理活性,为其进一步临床应用奠定基础。方法:先对手掌参进行乙醇提取,得到手掌参醇提物,再通过小鼠镇静试验、小鼠热板镇痛试验、醋酸所致小鼠扭体试验、负重游泳试验、DPPH和ABTS自由基清除试验来考察手掌参的镇静、镇痛、抗疲劳以及抗氧化活性。结果:手掌参高、中、低剂量组对小鼠的自发活动抑制率分别为51.2%、44.9%以及22.5%。对醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应抑制率分别为48.7%、32.9%、24.3%。对热板法小鼠痛阈值的提高率分别为43.8%、24.5%、13.6%。对小鼠游泳力竭时间延长率分别为37.1%、29.0%、14.5%;对DPPH自由基清除率分别为86.1%、51.3%、24.8%;ABTS自由基清除率分别为88.7%、59.6%、29.3%。结论:手掌参具有的镇静,镇痛、抗疲劳和抗氧化活性的作用,为其进一步临床应用奠定基础。 Abstrsct Objective:To study the pharmacological activity of Gymnadenia conopsea R.Br and lay the foundation for the clinical practice of the Gymnadenia conopsea R.Br.Methods:Prepare the alcohol extract of Gymnadenia conopsea R.Br,and the sedative activity was observed by the frequencies of spontaneous activity of mice.And the analgesic effect was estimated by the mice writhing test caused by acetic acid and the hot-plate test.The anti-fatigue and anti-oxidant effects were investigated by the load bearing swimming test and the DPPH radical scavenging effect test and ABTS radical scavenging effect test respectively.Results:The inhibitory rates of the spontaneous activities of the mice were 51.2%,44.9% and 22.5% respectively.The inhibition rates of wrinkle reaction induced by acetic acid was 48.7%,32.9% and 24.3% respectively;the increase rates of pain threshold was 43.8%,24.5% and 13.6% respectively;the prolongation rates of swimming time was 37.1%,29.0% and 14.5% respectively;the radical scavenging rates of DPPHwere 86.1%,51.3% and 24.8% respectively;the radical scavenging rates of ABTS were 88.7%,59.6% and 29.3% respectively.Conclusion:The Gymnadenia conopsea R.Br had favorable effect of sedative,analgesic,anti fatigue and antioxidant,laying the foundation for the further clinical application.
