摘 要: 针对机车车辆空气过滤器出现的疲劳问题,以某车辆的空气过滤器为研究对象,基于频率响应分析,获取设备结构应力响应函数,结合材料的应力-寿命曲线,利用疲劳仿真软件nCode DesignLife,根据名义应力法和线性疲劳损伤累积法则,在频域范围内预测其疲劳寿命大小及分布,为过滤器的进一步优化设计提供技术支持。 For fatigue problem of air filter in locomotive and rolling stock, a vehicle air filter was selected as the research object. Based on the frequency response analysis, stress response function of equipment structure was calculated. Combined with stress-life curve of the material, the fatigue life value and distribution of the air filter was predicted using n Code Design Life software by means of nominal stress method and linear fatigue damage cumulative rule in frequency domain. This method provides technical support for the further optimization of the air filter.
