铣挖法在软弱围岩短小隧道群中的应用

摘  要: 以哈牡客运专线12座围岩软弱、破碎短小隧道的施工为例,详细介绍了铣挖法施工的特点、铣挖机的构造和选型、隧道铣挖法施工关键技术等。施工实践证明铣挖法适宜在软弱、破碎的围岩中施工,开挖效率高、经济效益好,但今后需着重解决施工粉尘问题。 j With the construction of the 12 short and small tunnel projects of the Ha-Mu Passenger-oriented Railway in weak and broken surrounding rock as practical examples,the characteristics of the construction by the shovel-digging methods the compo-sition and type-choice of the shovel-digging-machine,important points for the construction by the shovel-digging method and the like are introduced in detail in the paper. Construction practice shows that the shovel-digging method is applicable to the con-struction in weak or broken surrounding rock,often with high excavation efficiency and good economic effects achieved. Howev-er , the problem of construction dust has to be solved in the future construction.
