富水砂卵石地层盾构近距下穿混凝土拱桥施工技术

摘  要: 富水砂卵石地层因其富水、含大粒径卵石、开挖面易坍塌等特性一直是盾构施工的难点,极易造成地表建筑物沉降和塌陷。结合成都市富水砂卵石地层盾构近距下穿混凝土拱桥实践,通过对拱桥加固方案进行针对性设计及优化盾构掘进参数,确保盾构掘进施工质量和管片安装质量。在保证拱桥和地面交通安全的情况下顺利通过了混凝土拱桥,节约了施工成本,缩短了工期。 Being rich-watered,consisting of big-sized pebbles, and being liable to collapse in the excavation face ,th e rich-watered sandy cobble stratum is always difficult for the shield construction,where the ground buildings are most likely to settle or col-lapse. With the construction practice of a shield under-crossing a concrete arch bridge in the rich-watered sandy cobble stratum in Chengdu City at a short distance as a practical example,the construction quality of the shield drilling and the installation qual-ity of the duct pieces are ensured by means of the corresponding design of the arch bridge-strengthening scheme and optimizing the drilling parameters for the shield. Upon the basis of ensuring the security of both the arch bridge and the ground traffic,the shield drilling is enabled to smoothly under-cross the existing concrete arch bridge,with the construction costs reduced and the construction duration shortened.
