摘 要: 针对矿用非预应力钢筋混凝土枕承载力弱、使用耐久性差等缺点,设计了一种矿用预应力混凝土枕,采用预应力钢丝替代普通钢筋,从而大大提高承载能力,并且有效降低了生产制造成本。详细介绍了该矿用预应力混凝土枕的结构尺寸、荷载和抗裂弯矩计算等设计过程。计算结果表明设计参数符合规范要求,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。 Considering the unpre-stressed concrete sleepers for mines being poor in both bearing capability and durability,a pre-stressed reinforced concrete sleeper for mines is designed in the paper, with the pre-stressed steel bars replacing the ordinary steel bars, in which case the bearing capability is effectively improved and the production costs are also effectively decreased. In-troduced in detail in the paper are the structural sizes of the pre-stressed reinforced concrete sleeper for mines?the designed loads for the sleeper,the anti-cracking bending moment of it and other design processes. The calculated results show that the de-sign parameters are in full agreement with the requirements of the technical specifications. The paper may serve as a useful ref-erence for other projects of similar types.
