摘 要: 利用小型五孔探针测量了不同工况下单级跨声轴流压气机弯曲静叶出口三维流场。结果表明,静子出口有明显的尾迹特性,其对后排叶片的影响不容忽视。静叶角度调节对静子叶片出口气流角及尾迹形状有较大的影响。弯曲叶片对端壁角区低能流体具有径向迁徙作用,有利于提高压气机扩压能力。叶尖、叶根及静叶吸力面侧尾迹区,是高阻滞、高损失、高涡量区。径向速度在叶根及叶尖呈现较大的周向不均匀度,切向速度、轴向速度在叶根也存在较大的周向不均匀度。 Under different work conditions,three-dimensional flow field at exit of a bowed stator in one-stage transonic axial compressor was investigated by a small five-hole probe.The results show that obvious wake characteristics at exit of the stator have considerable influence on the next stage.Stator angle adjusting changes wake and pitch angle obviously.The bowed stator can lead the radial diffusion of the flow at endwall corner zone and elevate the pressure diffusion capability of the compressor.There are high block,high loss,high vortex in the areas of tip,root,and wake of the stator suction surface.The radial velocity appears great circumferential asymmetric degree in the tip and root area;the tangential velocity and axial velocity all appear great circumferential asymmetric degree in the root area.
