摘 要: 针对单级风扇进气压力畸变试验所获取的换算流量、压比、效率均高于均匀进气状态的这一问题,分析认为可能与AIP界面轴向位置、测试探针布局方案和出口流场的数据处理方法有关。为此,对现有多种畸变测试布局进行了对比分析,研究了AIP界面的畸变流场特性,提出了一种基于试验测试的进/出口总压修正方法。结果表明,所采用的数据处理和修正方法,有效地解决了进气压力畸变试验中所获取的换算流量、压比、效率偏高的问题。 Focusing on the fact that the mass flow,pressure ratio,efficiency of inlet pressure distortion are larger than that of well-distributed inlet pressure,analysis indicated that is probably related to the location of the AIP,the measurement distribution and data processing of the outlet flow field.Therefore,different measurement distribution schemes were discussed,the flow field characteristic of AIP interface was studied,and eventually a data revision at inlet/outlet total pressure based on the experiment was suggested.The revision was proved to be an effective way to solve the contradiction that the mass flow,pressure ratio,efficiency of inlet pressure distortion are larger than that of well-distributed inlet pressure.
